Job Overview
We're a dynamic and ambitious team looking for a skilled eCommerce Product Manager to join our ranks.
* This is an exciting opportunity to drive commercial performance, develop strategic plans, and lead the end-to-end ecommerce product development process from ideation to launch.
* You will be responsible for overseeing the optimisation, continuous improvement, and monitoring of associated assets towards the achievement of our Channel Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce trends, customer behaviour, and digital product management. Key responsibilities include:
* Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and execute the e-commerce product strategy aligned with company goals.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
* Manage relationships with 3rd Party Product vendors including affiliates to ensure KPI's are met.
* Drive measurable customer and business value by identifying, prioritizing, and delivering impactful product enhancements across digital commerce platforms.
Project Management
You will lead the end-to-end ecommerce product development process from ideation to launch, working closely with UX/UI designers and journey teams to create user-friendly and visually appealing product pages. Additionally, you will collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration and functionality of new products.
* Project Timelines and Budgets: Manage product development timelines and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Utilise analytics tools to track product performance, sales, and customer engagement. Generate reports and insights to guide decision-making and strategy adjustments at all levels in the organisation. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success.
Customer Experience
Work with the Human Centred Design team to identify journey enhancements and overall shop experience. Implement A/B testing and other methods to continually improve product offerings. Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform product enhancements.
Affiliates and Partnerships
O ptimise current affiliate partnerships to drive conversion, taking a Digital First approach. Monitor and report on affiliate performance. Identify new profitable partnerships, onboard with key stakeholders across the business.
Marketplace
Play an active role in the achievement of our Channel goals through the Marketplace programme. Act as a SME to inform decision making that ensures achievement of the Vision. Support in the development and innovation of products and proposition to create a step change in online commercial performance.
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to tie back action to margin improvement. Workshop facilitation skills and the ability to bring the organisation 'on the journey' are also essential. A thought leader within the space and a passion for execution are required.
* Commercial Awareness: Strong commercial awareness, understanding of market trends.
* Data Analysis: Excellent data analysis skills and proficiency in Adobe Analytics.
* Strategic Planning: Excellent strategic planning and business analysis skills, familiarisation with JIRA, MIRO, A/b Testing and GenAI technology advantageous.
