Job Summary
The Project Manager oversees the comprehensive management of projects, ensuring the effective implementation of processes and procedures.
This role plays a critical part in delivering projects on time, within constraints, and to the highest standards, while adhering to Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.
* Liaise with various staff and senior stakeholders, including Clients, Sub-contractors, Senior Engineers, Foremen, and Quantity Surveyors.
* Take responsibility for the successful delivery of the project through leadership, management, and technical expertise throughout the lifecycle.
Key competencies include:
* A proven track record of completing projects on schedule and within budget.
* Strong commercial acumen and effective negotiation skills.
* Ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
* Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Requirements include a degree or diploma in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, and 5+ years experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
