We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Technology Transfer Specialist. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the seamless transfer of technologies and processes across various manufacturing platforms.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute technology transfer plans to ensure efficient and effective process implementation
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve commercial production issues and optimize manufacturing processes
* Maintain technical expertise in drug product processes and provide support for process ownership, authorship of change control, and management of process improvement projects
* Analyze statistical data to drive process improvements and investigate atypical events
* Ensure compliance with GMP requirements and regulations through partnership with Operations, Quality, and Regulatory
* Develop and share best practices and business process strategies
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, or Chemistry/Biology
* Minimum 3 years of post-bachelor's degree experience in a GMP functional area or support of a GMP functional area
* Strong communication skills in English and teamwork abilities
* Prior experience in aseptic operations, analytical testing, process development, and tech transfer is preferred
