Job Summary
: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Full-Cycle Account Executive (AE) to join our team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be a strategic and consultative AE who is confident in taking prospects from cold to closed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify, research, and engage potential clients through a mix of outbound outreach, inbound lead qualification, and networking.
* Sales Strategy & Consultation
Guide prospects through a consultative sales process, uncovering their pain points, aligning with their business goals, and proposing tailored HubSpot-based solutions.
* Solution Scoping & Proposals
Collaborate with the delivery team to scope out services, pricing, and implementation timelines. Create persuasive, client-ready proposals and SOWs.
* Pipeline Management
Own your sales pipeline end-to-end within HubSpot CRM. Accurately forecast deals, maintain follow-ups, and track performance metrics.
* Client Handoff & Onboarding Support
Ensure a smooth transition from signed deal to onboarding, working closely with the services team to set clear expectations and project success criteria.
Qualifications
* 5+ years in a full-cycle sales or BDR/AE hybrid role (agency, SaaS, or CRM experience a significant plus
* Proven track record of hitting (or beating) quota
* Confidence in navigating consultative sales processes with mid-market clients (contract sizes of 25k+)
* Professional services sales experience is an advantage
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Driven, resourceful, and curious – you own your number
