Job Summary
This senior role involves managing a portfolio of premier clients with complex defined benefit pension schemes.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring highest level of accuracy and attention to detail to meet internal/external service levels and compliance deadlines.
* Mentor and support the training and development of junior colleagues on the client service team, providing guidance as needed.
* Collaborate with the DB Client Service team manager to run and develop the team, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
* Participate in ad hoc projects and contribute to business growth initiatives.
Requirements
* Significant experience in pension administration, preferably within the defined benefit space.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads and manage time-sensitive tasks efficiently.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to work.
