With collaboration and support from Sales, Product Management and the executive team, you will help guide revenue growth for ServiceNow. You will be empowered to mentor your team, and help establish our Inside Sales operating model and processes. What you get to do in this role: The Senior Director, Inside Sales leads the Inside Sales organization for a major geographic area while achieving quarterly and annual sales quota targets for their assigned market(s). Develop a leadership team who manage end-to-end sales for Small and Medium Businesses, Enterprise Accounts sales support, or sales development. Lead all strategic aspects of the Inside Sales organization to increase field sales productivity and overall customer satisfaction, revisiting and updating business strategies in response to evolving market dynamics and organizational needs Represent the Inside Sales organization both within the regional business and globally at Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and similar meetings Strengthen the Inside Sales charter, service level agreements, and measurements, encouraging a customer-focused environment and developing organizational strategies to achieve and sustain competitive advantage. Instill a culture of collaboration across the organization by exemplifying servant leadership Qualifications To be successful in this role you have: 5+ years of experience as a successful individual contributor (account executive) or business owner 5+ years of experience leading an inside or field sales organization in a high-growth company Experience in B2B, SaaS, and the high-tech industry Experience exceeding pipeline and revenue targets Experience managing an outstanding team Understanding of CRM, quotation and order processing systems and practices Travel up to 25% FD21 Not sure if you meet every qualification?
