Senior HR Generalist Position
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our organization in Cork. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting both managers and employees across the business on all HR related matters.
* Provide guidance on workforce planning, organization design, succession planning, and change management initiatives.
* Offer expert advice on complex employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and best practices.
* Lead disciplinary, grievance, performance management, and absence management procedures.
* Ensure adherence to Irish employment law, GDPR, health & safety, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with managers to provide guidance on workforce planning, organization design, succession planning, and change management initiatives.
2. Offer expert advice on complex employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and best practices.
3. Lead disciplinary, grievance, performance management, and absence management procedures.
4. Contribute to policy development and continuous improvement of HR processes.
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in HR, including at least 2-3 years in a generalist role with advisory capacity, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
* CIPD qualification or equivalent desirable.
* Experience in payroll processes (preferably using Sage Micropay).
