Key Responsibilities
Deliver a warm, professional, and helpful service to guests at all times.
Anticipate guest needs and respond with a caring, prompt attitude to enhance satisfaction.
Maintain all public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and safety.
Monitor maintenance issues in public areas and report them as per hotel policy.
Handle lost property according to departmental procedures.
Ensure correct and safe use of equipment, chemicals, and materials, always keeping storage areas tidy and well-organised.
Uphold all health, safety, hygiene, and fire regulations.
Promote the hotel's services and actively support upselling opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Excellent attention to detail and a pride in maintaining 5* standards.
Courteous and effective communication with colleagues and guests.
Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A understanding of the importance of guest care and providing anticipative, discreet service.
The ability to follow procedures and adapt to the changing needs of the hotel.
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel environment is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
Work Hours & Schedule
This is a full-time role (39 hours per week) with shift work, including weekends and public holidays, on a rota basis.
