Should you apply?
Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
Strong understanding of food safety, HACCP, VACCP/TACCP.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage documentation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management systems.
Experience in a technical or QA role within the food manufacturing industry (desirable) Duties: Lead and manage the end-to-end supplier approval process for ingredients, raw materials, and packaging.
Lead and manage supplier of services approvals.
Completing food safety risk assessments and vulnerability assessments for all raw materials, ingredients and packaging.
Completion of internal raw material, ingredient and packaging specifications.
