Education Co-Ordinator – (Full-Time/Part-Time, Permanent, Home-Based)

Fostering First Ireland (FFI) is seeking a compassionate and committed Education Co-Ordinator to join our team. This is a home-based role with flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and foster carers.

If you are interested in a full-time post, you must reside in the Greater Dublin/Midlands area.

If you are interested in a part-time post you must reside in the Greater Dublin/Midlands area or in the counties of Carlow, Kilkenny, or Tipperary.

What You'll Do

· Develop and deliver the Education Service within FFI.

· Provide support to FFI carers and children to assist them to meet their educational potential.

· Promote the educational needs of children placed with FFI foster carers within the school system.

What We're Looking For

* A qualified teacher (Teaching Council registered) with 3+ years' post-qualification experience in an education setting.
* A self-starter who is flexible, empathetic, and collaborative.
* Strong organisational and IT skills.
* Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel.
* A trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to practice
* Must reside in the specified locationto support foster carers and children effectively.
