In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Product Knowledge - Have an excellent understanding of DeltaV DCS including configuration, graphics, setup, and the Windows platform on which it is deployed. Familiarity with associated PlantWeb technologies such as Backup and Recovery, Automated Patch Management, etc.
* Project Execution - Manage and deliver solutions for customers, including requirements gathering, quotation, engineering, commissioning, and ongoing site support.
* Customer Support - Assist customers in resolving Emerson product service and application issues, coordinating support from the Emerson Global Support Centre as needed.
* Sales Support - Demonstrate Emerson products to potential customers and provide guidance on product application and after-sales service.
* Proactive Opportunities - Identify service/product opportunities and assist in their pursuit.
* Support Literature - Assist in preparing support materials for sales opportunities.
* Field Service - Support LTSA contract activities such as maintenance, DVSAS, health checks, etc.

For This Role, You Will Need:
* NC/Degree in Engineering or equivalent (preferred)
* Knowledge of DeltaV products or equivalents in another DCS
* Experience in DeltaV configuration and graphic modifications
* Experience with protocol interfaces such as OPC, Modbus, Profibus
* Proven experience with DeltaV upgrades
* Experience working on site
* Willingness to travel within Europe for Factory Acceptance Tests
* Valid driver’s license for customer site visits
Preferred Qualifications:
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage time effectively
* Knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and virtualization (advantage)
* Experience in authoring and reviewing project documentation
* Excellent communication skills and comfort in interacting with customers
