At PE Global, we're searching for a skilled Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Cork. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our doctor's division.
Key Responsibilities:
• Searching and contacting existing candidates in our database for availability
• Sourcing suitable candidates and initiating their registration process
• Building and maintaining candidate and client databases
• Covering administrative tasks such as job adverts, letters, arranging timesheets
• Performing compliance checks on candidates
The ideal candidate will possess experience working in a sales/customer service role with excellent organisation skills. They should also be confident on the phone when interacting with candidates and clients to ensure a positive experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
