We are looking for an experienced baker to join our team and contribute to our morning production.Position Overview:The ideal candidate will have solid experience in baking breads, pastries, and breakfast items in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with our kitchen team to ensure consistent quality and efficient production for morning service.Responsibilities:Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods for daily service. Manage morning production to meet restaurant demand. Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety. Monitor ingredient stock and communicate needs to management. Collaborate with the chef team on new recipes and seasonal offerings.Requirements:Proven experience as a baker (restaurant or bakery background preferred). Strong knowledge of dough handling, proofing, and baking techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment. Reliability and attention to detail.
