Cath Lab Clinical Manager
We are seeking an experienced and skilled clinical leader to manage the day-to-day operations of our Catheterisation Laboratory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing management, with experience in leading teams and developing strategic plans.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the laboratory's workflow, ensuring efficient use of resources, and maintaining high standards of patient care. They will also be expected to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, improve communication among team members, and promote a culture of continuous learning.
In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate must possess excellent leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate staff, build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, communicate clearly and concisely both verbally
and in writing,
demonstrate empathy towards patients
/staff/colleagues,respect cultural diversity,give feedback/direction that is clear,direct,fair,effective provide coaching/training where needed support colleagues who struggle.The successful applicant should hold current registration as Nurse Specialist Grade 1 (RGN/RPN),possess at least five years post-registration relevant nursing experience preferably acute hospital setting.To apply please submit your application through our standard process.
