We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for evaluating and streamlining financial processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process Redesign: Lead the evaluation and overhaul of financial processes.
* Change Management: Implement change initiatives across teams and systems.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to improve financial systems.
* KPI Development: Create and monitor financial KPIs and reporting metrics.
* Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with internal and external financial regulations.
* Team Management: Oversee the daily activities of the finance team
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
* 5+ years' experience in accounts receivable or credit/collections, with a focus on restructuring.
* Proficiency with ERP systems.
* Strong analytical abilities, leadership, and expertise in change management.
* Familiarity with accounting principles and internal controls.
* Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
