Store Leadership Role
The Store Leadership position requires a skilled professional to drive sales and maintain high standards of visual presentation while ensuring every customer enjoys an outstanding in-store experience.
* Lead a team to achieve and exceed sales and performance targets by implementing effective strategies and tactics
* Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive, welcoming environment in-store through active engagement and continuous improvement
* Manage all aspects of store operations, including stock control, merchandising, and team scheduling to optimize efficiency and productivity
* Support, train, and develop team members to reach their full potential and contribute to the success of the organization
* Analyse sales data and performance trends to identify opportunities for growth and implement targeted solutions
About You:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in retail or hospitality management, ideally in fashion or lifestyle retail with a proven track record of leadership and innovation
* Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment
* Proven ability to motivate and develop a team, recognizing individual strengths and weaknesses to drive collective success
* Commercially focused with an understanding of KPIs and sales performance, able to make informed decisions that drive business results
* Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience, always seeking ways to improve and innovate
