Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the HR function to deliver an effective people strategy aligned with business objectives.
Partner with senior leadership teams to drive organisational change and culture development.
Oversee employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and retention initiatives.
Design and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices that align with international standards.
Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and reward strategies to remain competitive in a global market.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organisation.
Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with local and international employment legislation.
Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team on all HR and people-related matters.
Candidate Profile
Proven track record as a Senior HR Manager, Head of HR, or equivalent in a multinational environment.
Strong experience in the engineering, manufacturing, or related sectors is highly desirable.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practice, employment law, and global HR frameworks.
Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrable experience in driving cultural change and HR transformation initiatives.
Commercially minded with the ability to align HR strategy with business objectives.
