You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of HVAC and associated building services systems, ensuring continuous operation within a secure, corporate setting.Key ResponsibilitiesPlanned preventative and reactive maintenance of HVAC systems on siteFault-finding and repair of air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration plantWorking in compliance with F-Gas, EU, and Irish regulationsMaintaining accurate service, compliance, and audit documentationLiaising with on-site management and approved subcontractorsEnsuring all works meet health, safety, and security requirementsWhat Skills You NeedValid F-Gas certificationRelevant Trade qualification in HVAC.
