Conveyancing & Probate Legal Executive Job Type: Full-time Location: County Meath Experience: Minimum 2 years We are currently seeking a Conveyancing & Probate Legal Executive to join our team in County Meath.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for conveyancing and probate law, offering the opportunity to work closely with an experienced team and handle a variety of matters in both areas.
Day-to-day of the role: Handle probate files from start to finish, including preparing statements of affairs, managing probate applications, and addressing contentious probate matters.
Manage conveyancing files from initiation to completion, covering both residential and commercial transactions.
Provide excellent service to clients, counsel, and third parties involved in probate and conveyancing cases.
Collaborate with the team on briefs and pleadings related to probate and conveyancing matters.
Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the legal field, specifically with a focus on probate and conveyancing.
Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal files independently.
Strong work ethic and a passion for excellence in legal practice.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively managing client relationships.
