Key Responsibilities:

* Lead technical analysis of product and process issues, driving root cause identification and resolution.
* Drive validation activities including IQ, OQ, PQ, VP, and Gauge R&R to ensure compliance.
* Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and documentation aligned with GMP regulations.
* Oversee cross-functional continuous improvement programs to enhance operational efficiency.
* Transfer processes between facilities and support new product introductions.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to technicians, operators, and engineers on best practices.
* Lead value stream and cross-functional projects as assigned.
* Ensure strict adherence to EHS and Quality Management Systems.

Requirements:

* Level 8 Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
* 14 years of experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
* Proven project management capabilities.
* Hands-on experience in process validation and problem-solving (Six Sigma).
* Strong documentation and communication skills.
* Autonomous, driven, and collaborative mindset.
* Excellent leadership, decision-making, and influencing abilities.
