Job Title: Senior Social Care Worker
The primary objective of this post is to provide care and support through a person-centred approach which meets the practical, physical and emotional needs of service users with an Intellectual Disability/ABI/Autism.
This role involves assisting persons with a disability in residential, training, and day service activities to achieve their highest level of functioning, maintain independence or improve skills that make them more independent.
* Maintaining the on-floor duty team during shifts while coordinating work tasks effectively;
* Supervising other staff under your direction for performance enhancement;
* Collaborating as part of a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) in delivering services;
* Reporting directly to the Person In-Charge. Additionally, you may be required to assume management responsibilities when acting as deputy;
