The Role
We're looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join our dynamic and growing Group Marketing team. You’ll drive multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate high-quality B2B leads, fuel pipeline growth, and support revenue targets.
This role is ideal for a data-savvy marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves working cross-functionally with sales, design, and content teams.
What You'll Do
* Develop and execute demand gen strategies to attract, engage, and convert prospects
* Own campaign planning across email, PPC, SEO, social, content, webinars, and events
* Collaborate with sales to align lead generation and pipeline goals
* Use CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Force24/HubSpot) to nurture leads
* Track performance, report on KPIs, and continuously optimise for ROI
* Apply audience segmentation and intent data to personalise outreach
* Maintain clean data practices and optimise funnel efficiency
What You Bring
* 3–5+ years in demand generation, growth, or digital marketing (B2B preferred)
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* Strong knowledge of inbound marketing, lead nurturing, segmentation, and analytics
* Hands-on experience with CRM and automation tools
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Analytical mindset with a knack for performance optimisation
Nice to Have:
* Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, CMS platforms
* Creative flair paired with strong data-driven decision-making
* Experience in the recruitment or total talent solutions sector
