This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who has scaled data-heavy, real-world systems, not a ticket-routing people manager.
What We're Looking For5+ years leading software engineering teams Strong technical background in Python and computer vision–led systems Experience owning architecture and delivery for data-heavy or deep-tech systems Cloud experience (AWS preferred)Proven ability to turn complex technical systems into reliable products Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving environments This role will suit someone who wants to own engineering execution end-to-end for a Saa S-first, computer-vision-led platform that turns raw imagery into trusted, real-world measurement using Python and AWS.
