As the Head of Business Insights, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing an enterprise-wide data strategy.
Data-Driven Decision Making
You will act as a strategic partner to directors and executives across the organisation, ensuring that data-driven decision-making is embedded at every level.
* Serve as the primary interface between the Data Strategy programme and senior business stakeholders, including directors and executives across commercial, operations, finance, and customer domains.
* Translate strategic objectives into data-driven initiatives, ensuring alignment with the transformation goals and the broader data vision.
* Champion a culture of data literacy and insight-led decision-making across the organisation, contributing to the cultural change agenda.
Data Products and Insights
You will lead the prioritisation and delivery of high-impact data products and insight solutions, ensuring they are aligned to business value and measurable outcomes.
* Oversight of dashboards, predictive models, and self-service analytics tools that empower business users to make informed decisions.
* Collaboration with the Data Product Managers, AI Platform Leads, and Data Governance teams to ensure data products are scalable, governed, and trusted.
Leadership and Team Management
You will lead and mentor a distributed team of local analytics professionals embedded across business units.
* Foster a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement, agile delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.
* Support the development of analytics capabilities through coaching, training, and participation in the Data Literacy Academy.
Your qualifications and key criteria include:
* Proven experience (8+ years) in business intelligence, analytics, or data strategy roles, ideally within a complex, regulated, or customer-centric environment.
* Degree in a quantitative field, such as Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or Business Analytics.
* Deep understanding of data platforms, data governance, and AI/ML applications in business contexts.
