This is an exciting high-impact role within the company and will focus on building a strong People First Culture.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and manage a local team to develop HR strategies that support these business objectives.Partner with leadership to identify and address workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning needs.Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.Conduct thorough and objective investigations into employee complaints or concerns, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.Provide coaching and guidance to managers on effective communication, leadership, and employee engagement strategies.Support the implementation and execution of performance management programs, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback processes.Provide training and resources to managers to ensure consistent and fair performance management practices.Proactively identify potential employee initiatives by participating in management and employee meetings on a regular basis.Create reports that provide clear insights to the talent pools, skills and experience within our teams.Design and delivery of strategic HR projects for the global organisation.Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your roleSkills RequiredPeople leadership experience in the Human Resources functionExperience of working in a Global HR team, collaborating with global colleagues across Centre of Excellence to design and delivery high impact HR services at scale.Strong working knowledge and experience in Talent Management and Talent Development.Deep experience in Irish Employment Labour and Labour Relations.Demonstrated the ability to successfully lead and implement Strategic HR Projects.Influencing and stakeholder management skills.High level of initiative and pro-activity.Highly organised and detail orientated.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Team orientated with an ability to multi-task.Education / Licenses / CertificationsBachelors in Human Resources or related field.Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicableBenefitsVHI Healthcare CoverLife AssurancePension ContributionTraining And Educational AssistanceAnnual GP Check-UpExtra Annual LeaveHealthcare ScreeningRecognition RewardsLotusWorks is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
