This panel will remain active for six months and may be used to fill future vacancies for the same or similar roles.ROLE PURPOSEThe purpose of this role is to develop and deliver the social impact of Rethink Ireland by managing a portfolio of awardees, ensuring the achievement of programme targets, maximising impact, in line with each fund's investment objectives and conditions. The Associate/ Fund Manager plays a key role in stakeholder relationship management, capacity building, and project delivery, working across a portfolio of investments in one or more of our key areas: Health, Education, Equality, Green Transition, and Social Enterprise.This is a critical relationship manager with Rethink Ireland applicants, awardees, and the wider Rethink Ireland community, including donors. The Associate/ Fund Manager will work across multiple Funds, with success reflected in a cohort of clearly impactful awardees.ROLE SUMMARIESAssociate Fund ManagerProgramme management role. Manages a portfolio of awardees with responsibility for programme delivery, impact tracking, and capacity-building. Strong analytical, financial, and project management skills. Excellent communication and report writing; demonstrates leadership potential. Supports implementation; prepares budgets, facilitates reviews, and manages compliance. Experienced in stakeholder engagement and donor reporting. Requires a relevant qualification and 3–5 years of professional experience.Fund ManagerSenior project/programme manager. Provides operational management of multiple funds and leads project design, delivery, and budget management. Develops capacity-building frameworks to ensure programme success. Manages significant awardee portfolios and leads team members. Brings strong strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, impact reporting, and financial oversight. Demonstrates proven expertise in donor reporting and project delivery. Possesses excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
