Nursery Assistant Job Description

Our nursery is seeking a qualified and caring individual to join our team as a Nursery Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, has experience in childcare, and possesses strong communication skills.


This position involves providing a stimulating and engaging environment for the children, ensuring their well-being and safety at all times. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing activities that promote learning, creativity, and socialization among the children.


* The ideal candidate should have a Level 3 qualification in Child Care or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities:
1. To develop daily activity plans tailored to meet the needs of each child.
2. To provide support to other staff members during busy periods or absences.
