We are seeking an experienced leader to support the delivery of high-quality residential care services for children. This role involves leading a team, mentoring staff, and ensuring safe environments that promote wellbeing and positive outcomes.
The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in supporting the day-to-day running of the residential service. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring staff, co-chairing meetings, overseeing daily handovers, and promoting safeguarding standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with experience working at social care grade with children or young people. A strong knowledge of social care principles is essential, as well as basic management or supervision skills.
Key qualifications include a Level 7 or higher qualification in Applied Social Care (CORU-approved) or equivalent. Minimum two years' experience is required. Full driving licence (manual) is also necessary.
