We're working with a leading building contractor in their search for a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager in Kildare.
You will oversee every aspect of project execution, including planning, resource allocation, on-site coordination, and quality control.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
11. Plan, organise, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
12. Liaise with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
13. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and within-budget completion
14. Supervise subcontractors, operational staff, and on-site personnel while assisting the Project Manager in project delivery
15. Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality standards on the construction site
16. Monitor progress and address any issues or delays to keep projects on track
17. Maintain regular communication with project teams and stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns
18. Guarantee adherence to building codes, regulations, and company policies
19. Maintain comprehensive records of site activities and documentation
Requirements:
20. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry
21. Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
22. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
23. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
24. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle
25. Advanced knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards
