Quantitative Expert

To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for driving commercial awareness within the team and ensuring site teams adhere to established procedures and governance.
* Developing strong working relationships with junior staff and providing guidance where necessary
* Ensuring accurate estimation of Mechanical & Electrical tenders from first principles
The ideal candidate should possess:
* A degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics
* Extensive experience in managing Mechanical & Electrical packages and subcontractors
