Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and delivering waste elimination initiatives.
You will work closely with the manufacturing team to identify opportunities for process optimization and implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to achieve cost reduction and quality improvements.
The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in polymer or mechanical engineering and experience in a manufacturing/process engineering role. A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required, as well as a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position.
