The facility has a track record of 30 years of outstanding operational performance and customer service, backed by a highly experienced workforce.We hire people with a range of skills, experience, and backgrounds to fulfill roles in careers such as engineering, quality and manufacturing to name just a few.Objectives Of PositionWork closely with facilities manager to ensure operation and maintenance of plant infrastructure and utilities meets regulatory and customer and operation requirements. As well as to work cross functionally to provide technical facilities support to operations and validated processes in the manufacture of medical devices.ResponsibilitiesEnsure Plant Facilities meet required standards and support Customer and production needs.Facilities Engineering support of an ISO8 Grade D clean room controlled environment for high volume manufacturing of medical devices.Technical support of HVAC systems with reverse osmosis humidification, LPHW, chiller and gas-fired boilers.Commissioning and validation of facilities clean room systems and utilities.Be the subject matter expert for (1) Environmental monitoring systems in the cleanrooms and in the general plant (2) pest control operating system and procedure (3) DCO's, ECR's and EAR's as required by change control in the Facilities work space and (4) control of PM's and UM's with the facilities team.To operate and manipulate BMS control of key items of facilities infrastructure in support of manufacturing requirements.Ongoing maintenance and recertification of validated systems.Engage with Facilities team and cross functionally to ensure timely resolution of technical problems as they arise.Work with external contractors to maintain and troubleshoot facilities and equipment.Report to the Facilities Manager and give direction to fellow facilities team members to prioritize and schedule work.Work to identify and drive projects to completion.Work cross functionally to drive operational excellence projects in the facilities space.Support New product install and Facilities changes as required.Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.Ensure compliance with Health & Safety Legislation and Regulations.MeasurementsMBO'sFacilities Metric TargetsPERSONNEL SPECIFICATIONSEssentialLevel 8 Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Environmental Engineering or lower level degree or qualification with equivalent work experience in related fieldExperienced in maintenance, commissioning and validation of HVAC, CDA and clean room systemsA team player will need to work cross-functionally to provide facilities expertise to the operations team supporting the clean room manufacturing activityStrong computer literacy in MS Office as well as BMS/EMS and Engineering control systems such as Agile.DesirableCompetency in AutoCAD and drawing generation is an advantageSanminaApply Back to results
