Due to continuing expansion, WrxFlo is looking for a driven and talented person to join our growing team
Role Purpose
Drive revenue by managing full-cycle sales engagements with manufacturing organisations evaluating digital transformation, operational optimisation, and Industry 4.0 solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full sales cycles from discovery to close with manufacturing customers.
Conduct deep qualification into manufacturing operational pain points across production, quality, planning, and supply chain.
Work closely with the Manufacturing SDR and Project Manager to support demos, workshops, and on-site visits.
Build business cases, ROI models, and tailored solution proposals aligned to measurable outcomes.
Ensure accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM pipeline management.
Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers across production, engineering, and operations.
Required Experience
3–7+ years in B2B sales.
Strong manufacturing background is essential.
Deep understanding of production processes, workflows, and how each stage of the build/assembly lifecycle operates.
Strong consultative, solution-led selling capability.
Experience selling SaaS, automation, industrial technology, or operational optimisation tools.
Preferred Experience
Prior experience working directly in manufacturing roles or selling into complex manufacturing environments.
Executive-level presentation and communication skills.
