Job Title: Human Resource Strategist
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Human Resource Strategist. As the primary point of contact for all human resources matters, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR initiatives to drive employee engagement, retention, and motivation.
• Manage the recruitment process, including onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Oversee performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.
• Maintain pay plans, benefits programs, and training initiatives.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certification preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in an HR role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
