Job Description Payroll Administrator Dunnes Stores is Ireland's leading retailer positioned at the cutting edge of food and fashion retailing.

We are currently recruiting a Payroll Administrator to join the central payroll team in our Head Office in Dublin 2.
The successful candidate must be hard working, organised and have the ability to work independently with excellent attention to detail, however proven teamwork skills will also be imperative.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for processing the weekly payroll for the Dunnes Stores group.
Key Responsibilities: Timely processing of payroll, ensuring accuracy of payments and deductions in accordance with the agreed guidelines and relevant legislation.
Manage all Revenue activities including RPNs, payroll submissions and ERR submissions.
Reconcile data using in house payroll systems and MS Excel.
Prepare bank files for payment and produce accurate payroll reports for Finance teams.
Liaise with stores to address queries as required and ensure the consistent and accurate flow of information.
Investigate and resolve issues accurately and confidentially, for example payslip queries relating to Tax, PRSI, USC calculations.
Complete Social Welfare applications, and other forms required by employees.
Maintain excellent records and documentation to support processing activities.
Work closely with other business teams in Head Office, supporting with project work and staying informed of any business, contract or legislative changes affecting pay.
Requirements: Minimum 1 years' experience in a payroll or financial administration role.
IPASS qualification or equivalent is desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills to support effective engagement and communication with management at all levels of the organisation.
Excellent attention to detail and numerical proficiency are essential.
Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment with challenging deadlines.
Enthusiastic and confident, with demonstrated skills working as part of a team as well as independently.
Strong IT skills including competency using Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel.
Previous experience working with Oracle payroll is preferable.
