We are currently seeking Relief Social Care Workers to join the team in Fethard, Co.
Tipperary .
The Role As a Relief Social Care Worker, you will support young people in a safe, nurturing residential setting, promoting emotional wellbeing, independence, and positive life outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality, person-centred care in line with therapeutic and trauma-informed practices Support young people to express themselves in a safe, respectful, and non-judgemental environment Build positive, trusting relationships with young people Promote safety, structure, and emotional regulation within the residential setting Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and independently when required Requirements A minimum of 1 year's experience working in a children's residential service as a Social Care Worker A Level 7 qualification in Social Care or a relevant equivalent A full Irish driving licence (manual or automatic accepted) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Apply Now If you are a motivated Social Care professional who is passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for young people, we would love to hear from you.
