After an initial virtual classroom-based orientation, you’ll be assigned to a branch for hands-on business training, learning valuable skills from capable mentors who started as graduates in our Management Training Programme, including our current CEO.
This approach allows everyone to learn our business from the ground up and understand their role in our success. Our promote-from-within culture ensures a well-rounded training experience in management, finance, operations, sales, and customer service.
As you develop, more opportunities will become available. Most employees continue within our Rental Operations managerial track, potentially becoming a Branch Manager in as little as two years. Alternatively, explore other areas like Human Resources, Accounting, Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, and more.

Responsibilities
As a Graduate Management Trainee, you’ll make impactful business decisions, develop new business, maintain relationships, understand cost control, interpret P&L statements, and learn to run a profitable branch. You will also learn to deliver exceptional customer service, communicate effectively, influence, and interact with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
You will acquire sales techniques, problem-solving, conflict management skills, and learn to market to local businesses, building long-lasting relationships. You’ll also learn to mentor, train, develop, manage, and promote staff, with development rewarded through pay increases and promotions.
Qualifications
* A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; professional experience can substitute if applicable.
* Full Irish, UK, or EU Manual Drivers License required; accommodations made for disabilities.
* No recent drug or alcohol-related driving offences.
