Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing advanced on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for our clients' IT systems.
This role requires extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide advanced on-site technical support and maintenance for IT systems.
Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues.
Install, configure, and upgrade IT equipment and software.
Perform routine maintenance and system checks.
Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and provide solutions.
Document service activities and maintain accurate records.
Ensure timely and effective communication with clients and team members.
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements.
Develop and implement best practices for field service operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, CompTIA or similar certifications, or relevant experience.
Extensive knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.

M365, Hyper-V etc.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license.
