Intellectual Property & Disputes Solicitor (NQ - 5 PQE)
€75k-110k + up to 30% bonus
The Role
This is a standout opportunity for 2 x Associates (NQ-5PQE) to join an
expanding IP & Disputes team
within a major international firm known for its strength in intellectual property, technology driven work and complex, high stakes litigation.
The Dublin office continues to grow, with an established group consisting of 2 Partners,
3 Senior Associates, and 5 Associates
, working on a mix of domestic and multi-jurisdictional matters. You will work alongside colleagues across Europe, Asia and the US on disputes involving some of the most innovative sectors shaping the market today, including life sciences, technology, digital platforms and AI.
Your work will span a broad range of contentious IP and general dispute matters, with meaningful responsibility and early exposure to cutting-edge issues.
You will work on:
* High value contentious IP matters, including patent, trademark, design and copyright disputes
* Litigation and advisory work connected to AI, emerging technologies and digital regulation
* Multi jurisdictional disputes supported by teams across the global network
* Delivery of strong client-focused service while managing a diverse caseload
* Practice development initiatives, client engagement and cross-office collaboration
* Supporting wider strategic goals as the Dublin Disputes & IP offering continues to expand
