Job Role Summary:
Junior Quantity Surveyor
We are seeking an accomplished Junior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of cost control across multiple residential projects in the greater Dublin area.
1. Key Responsibilities:
2. Preparing, tracking and managing budgets for various projects
3. Producing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), estimates and cost plans using industry-standard tools
4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring timely final accounts and reconciliations
5. Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to ensure transparency and effective project delivery
Requirements:
* Degree in a relevant field such as construction, engineering or quantity surveying
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
