**In this role, you will:******Full-Cycle Ownership***** Take the lead on the end-to-end recruitment process for internship roles across EMEA—from crafting compelling job ads to extending the final offer.
* Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand business needs and translate them into successful hires.
****Sourcing & Talent Engagement***** Proactively identify and headhunt top-tier talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative sourcing channels.
* Conduct initial screening interviews, acting as the first point of contact and an ambassador for the Logitech brand.
****Operational Excellence***** Manage the "Candidate Journey," ensuring seamless interview coordination and a world-class experience for every applicant.
* Maintain data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring our hiring metrics are accurate and actionable.
****Strategic Projects & Innovation***** AI-Driven Recruiting: Experiment with and implement AI-powered tools to optimize sourcing, outreach, and process efficiency.
* Employer Branding: Contribute to social media campaigns and talent initiatives that showcase our culture to the world.
