Location: UK or Ireland – Remote Job Summary: We are looking for an Account Manager who can turn strong relationships into lasting partnerships. You will be the go-to person for our key aviation customers, managing day-to-day needs, driving USM sales, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. If you thrive at the intersection of business strategy, customer relationships, and the aviation industry, this role is for you.This position works closely with Business Development and Sales Support teams to ensure that all materials sales transactions are carried out smoothly and efficiently.Primary Duties & Responsibilities:Be the primary contact for strategic accounts, building trust and long-term relationships.Handle RFQs and customer requests with speed and professionalism.Understand clients' goals, challenges, and opportunities—and help them succeed.Spot and drive new business opportunities with Business Development.Coordinate internally with Sales Support, Product Line, Repairs, and Warehouse teams.Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.Represent the company at conferences and networking events.Other tasks and projects as directed by managementRequired Experience:Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience3+ years' experience in a customer-facing rolePrior aviation industry experienceStrong communication, consultation, and relationship management skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environmentProficient in CRM and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
