Kildare AND South DublinProject: Erection, Fit out and handover of 24 Duplex Apartments to ClientDuration: Full Project DurationMain Purpose of the Role:We are seeking a motivatedProject Managerto join our team on two residential developments in Dublin and Kildare. You will have to manage a site workforce in a safe and diligent manner, to complete the project brief the highest possible standard, on time and in line with the specification and design information provided.Responsible to: Contracts ManagerDepartment: Site Operation & LogisticsDirect Subordinates: Engineers, Subcontractors.Works in Conjunction with: Contracts Manager, Site Managers, Design Team, Quantity Surveyors, Health & Safety Advisor, Site Engineers, Nominated Subcontractors Key ResponsibilitiesTaking a project from design phase to handoverManaging Design co-ordination workshops with design team, consultants and trade ContractorsEnsuring design is fully co-ordinated prior to starting on site where possibleOverseeing construction operations on your designated sitesEnsuring that work complies with building regulations where applicable.Working with an appointed safety consultant to ensure all safety regulations are being adhered to.Co-ordinating day to day site activities and nominated sub-contractors.Liaising with Head office to ensure materials and labour are called to site when required.Carrying out Daily & weekly safety checks and ensuring appointed sub-contractors are adhering to safety protocol.Monitoring the construction programme and enabling the subcontractors to carry out their works in accordance with their contract programme.Ensuring quality checks are carried out at various stages of the build & ensuring QA checks are being carried out.Liaising with Local authority representatives and assigned certifiers to obtain handover of completed phases.Dealing with any day-to-day problems which could hold up work as they arise.Liaising closely with Contracts Manager, Quantity Surveyors Site managers, Finishing Foreman to ensure a high standard of work is achieved.Working closely with junior staff, Sub Contractors, engineers, and external utility companies.Updating and reporting back to head office regularly on progress.Liaising with clients and keeping them updated on progress and upcoming milestones.Embrace digital technology & Modern Methods of Construction systems.Organise and liaise with the factory to schedule deliveries Why Join?Be part of two developments shaping modern living spacesGain exposure to advanced construction technologies and digital workflowsWork in a supportive team environment with opportunities for career progressionTake ownership of technical delivery and contribute to a high-quality build
