Senior Product Manager - Technical, ESC Managed Operations

AWS is set to introduce the inaugural European Sovereign Cloud (ESC). To spearhead this initiative, we are actively seeking an experienced technical Product Manager with a strong background in automation and operations. As part of the AWS Managed Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in leading product management for the EUSC and building products that deliver operations efficiency. Key responsibilities
* Define and deliver solutions that drive efficiency within AWS regions.
* Lead the European Sovereign Cloud region product management function and build products that deliver operational efficiencies.
* Identify opportunities and set the roadmap for what we build.
* Leverage tooling including AI/ML technologies and traditional automation tooling to deliver on those efficiencies.
* Collaborate with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and AWS operations teams to identify pain points and deliver solutions with meaningful impact for your customers.
* Support European Sovereign Cloud product needs, assess customer demand, prioritize asks, and work with service teams and operations partners on delivery roadmap commitments.

Basic Qualifications
* Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
* Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
* Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive level prioritization and planning.
* Experience with end to end product delivery.
* This role requires you to be a national of an EU member state.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight.
* Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools.
