Nursing Manager Role
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Manager to lead our healthcare services. As the Person in Charge (Nursing), you will be responsible for overseeing nurse-led initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing exceptional support to service users.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage nurse-led services to deliver high-quality patient care
* Develop and implement strategies to improve care outcomes for young people with intellectual disabilities
* Maintain accurate records of patient progress and ensure regulatory compliance
Requirements:
* Level 7 Nursing Degree or equivalent qualification
* Significant management experience within a healthcare setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
