Job Description:
As a key member of the Energy sector, you will play a vital role in driving project delivery and business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing proposals, and presenting to clients.
The Associate Director will lead the development and delivery of complex projects and programmes, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and maintaining long-term client relationships through exceptional service delivery and responsiveness
* Leading teams to deliver high-quality services and results
* Defining and delivering complex multi-package projects safely and effectively
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Strong commercial acumen and experience in business development and account management
* Deep knowledge of ENR sector dynamics, including regulatory frameworks and digital solutions
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills
* A relevant professional qualification or equivalent
* At least 15 years' experience in management consulting or industry experience in the energy and natural resources sector
