Maintenance Role Overview
Maintenance technicians play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing lines. Key areas of responsibility include providing technical support to assigned shifts, executing planned and unplanned maintenance on Additive process equipment, and resolving basic level technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Executing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks to optimize production efficiency;
* Servicing mechanical, electrical, and non-technical equipment to maintain its operational condition;
* Identifying and remediating equipment maintenance issues to maximize uptime;
* Fault finding and repairing down equipment with assistance from external service engineers when required;
* Maintaining accurate records in line with GMP requirements and adhering to high standards of cleanliness and EH&S standards during maintenance work.
Requirements:
* A certificate or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, or Manufacturing is required;
* 2+ years' experience working in a regulated environment or maintenance/engineering is essential;
* Strong numerical, investigative, and problem-solving skills are necessary;
* A strong commitment to safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
