Job Role
We are currently recruiting for ICP Specialists to contribute to our Analytical Team.
Responsibilities
1. Perform laboratory tasks, including operating analytical instruments such as Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS), Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry (ICPAES) or Mass Spectrometry (MS).
2. Adhere to established analytical methods and procedures without deviation or error.
3. Apply efficient time management skills to meet quality standards and throughput targets.
4. Demonstrate troubleshooting skills to identify anomalies in test results and report them to the Supervisor.
5. Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment, adhering to relevant standards.
6. Manage consumables to prevent stock depletion.
7. Promote equipment maintenance and calibration to ensure optimal performance.
8. Complete all necessary records according to ISO 17025, INAB requirements, and our Quality Management System.
Skills and Qualifications
Prior lab experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education and Training
A science degree is required, with a chemistry background being highly beneficial.
