We are seeking a seasoned Credit Management Specialist to spearhead our company's day-to-day credit and collection activities for key customer accounts.

* Assume responsibility for managing the day-to-day credit and collections activities for assigned customer accounts.
* Achieve monthly collection targets while maintaining a healthy aged receivables profile.
* Collaborate with Customer Service to resolve customer queries promptly and efficiently.
* Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
* Release orders in accordance with company credit policies.
* Ensure customer compliance with agreed credit limits and payment terms.
* Conduct thorough financial and credit analysis to assess the creditworthiness of new and existing customers, recommending appropriate limits and terms.
* Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and outsourced BPO partners.
Requirements:
* 2 years' minimum experience in a credit control environment.
* Degree/Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German are mandatory.
* Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
* Proven ability to problem-solve effectively.
* Experience in Microsoft Dynamics and Oracle.
* Desirable: experience working in a Shared Service Centre or multinational environment.
* Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
