Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to join our team in a busy kitchen environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, including food preparation, presentation, and service.
Maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene is paramount, and the ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of HACCP regulations and food safety procedures.
As a key member of the team, the Executive Chef will mentor junior staff, support team training, and contribute to effective communication across the kitchen team.
The role requires a professional approach, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
* Team Support & Leadership: Provide clear instructions, set a professional example, and support senior chefs in managing team morale and performance.
* Food Preparation & Service: Prepare, cook, and present food to menu specifications, ensuring quality and consistency.

Requirements:
* Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of HACCP regulations and food safety procedures
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards
